 Shipping: We ship via UPS or Fed Ex. We only ship next
day overnight. We are happy to give shipping quotes to anyone. Please just send us your zipcode via email and will will give
you an exact shipping quote. WE DO NOT SHIP DRAGONS UNTIL PAYMENT IS MADE IN FULL!
Safe and live arrival is guaranteed as long as we are provided with a good address (no p.o. boxes) and a good day time phone number. The guarantee is only good if an adult signs for delivery on the first delivery attempt. If for some reason your dragon arrives DOA we require the body to be sent back to us at your expense. If any of the above does not happen your guarantee is voided. We are not responsible for the lost of your dragon once turned over to Fed Ex or UPS. We are also not responsible for late deliveries. You take that chance with shipping. If you have problems with Fed Ex or UPS please contact them and give them the tracking number we provide you. Please inform us of when your dragon arrives. Policies: If you see a dragon on our site that you would
like to purchase, please email us to ensure availablity. We will then let you know if that dragon is still
available. Once we assure you the dragon is available, please submit payment in full. If you want to discuss a payment
plan then call us or email us to make arrangements. We have the right to refuse sale or payment plan to anyone at
anytime. If we agree to a payment plan, you will be required to make a non refundable deposit to enter into the payment plan.
So please make sure before agreeing to a payment plan that you can keep all arrangements to avoid losing your deposit.
Once your deposit is made you must make a payment every 14 days like agreed in payment plan or you will forfiet your deposit
and all payments up through that point. We DO NOT make payment arrangements with anyone for longer than 30
days. All dragons must be paid in full before the end of close of business on the 30th day, or you lose all money
paid up to that point.
We do not mean to sound harsh or mean about time frames but we have had to establish this policy for yours and our protection. By making that first deposit you are agreeing to the above terms and conditions and are entering into a purchase contract.
